The unit we currently offer is the Fedder's 10,000 b.t.u. unit from AA Feder's

This unit includes 10,000 BTU Cool Slider/Casement A/C 9.5 EER New Model w/ Remote Unit Dimensions:14 1/2"w, 20 1/2"h, 22 5/8"d.

The current cost for the 10,000 btu unit is $434.00 installed. This is a $334.00 a/c purchasing fee + $100.00 initial installation fee. Any and all additional labor costs associated with installation and/or removal after vacating of room will be billed to purchaser. The $100.00 installation fee is for the first installation only. Subsequent removals and installations will be chargeable to the requestor. These fees can be paid via check or billed directly to your student account. Once you have paid for your a/c unit, it belongs to you. Caltech Housing Maintenance is not responsible should you have any warranty issues. Purchaser will be responsible for any additional charges for restoring window to its original condition upon vacating the room. If the a/c needs to be relocated to another room, there will be additional labor charges for that work. The average labor cost for this work is $90.00 per hour. Material costs vary by condition.
